I have worked for HSBC just short of 18 Years working in a number of Disciplines from managing Contact Centres, Mortgage Underwriting and Global Trade Finance prior to moving to Payments 9 years ago.

Previous to this I worked at Barclays Bank for 23 years mainly within Retail Banking.
